I’m a tech and product leader based in London. Over the last decade, I've guided startups from seed stages to IPOs, specializing in making teams more efficient and outcome-focused. I've worked on global projects from London to Tokyo, embracing diverse ideas and turning challenges into opportunities. My roles at DICE, Siena AI, and Deliveroo have enriched my expertise in operational excellence.

My approach to Product Operations involves analyzing technology blueprints and dynamics to help teams thrive. I collaborate with leaders to identify obstacles and leverage their teams' true value, promoting processes and tools that foster a thriving environment.

As someone living with ADHD and Autism, I’m passionate about psychological safety and neuroaccessibility in tech. In my spare time, I travel the world seeking the wildest, most remote locations. I also love building bikes, collecting records, and skateboarding.

Currently, I serve as the Product Operations Governance Lead at Vonage (Ericsson), where I continue to elevate product operations globally in the field of networking and cloud communications.
